I’ve been in the trade for over 25 years now, I’ve never seen anyone lay Amtico without using self-leveelling compound first. What an unsightly mess it must look afterwards.
Thanks for the feedback, as we are about to do another location…I researched it and we actually used Spacia which according to the amitco website – - – “Urethane coated as standard floors do not need initial dressing, reducing time and costs involved in installation and maintenance”
- – - don’t know if that means it doesn’t need leveler but they look good…just want to make sure they look great.
